  Parents! I do not take my kids here and I wouldn't take my kids here EVER. I work in the same building. Dr. Martin shares an office with another dentist and is apparently only in this office once a week. Every single week and only when he occupies that office I hear horrible, loud, screams and cries from the kids being treated. This is ONLY when he occupies the office. I NEVER hear kids crying with the other dentist. There is no doubt that these kids are being put through too much pain without the right kind of pain meds to allow for a non-traumatic treatment. I have gone to talk to them in the middle of a child screaming for 15 minutes straight and met with that child's mother who admitted that they were doing a tooth extraction without anesthesia! What kind of dentist would put children through that traumatic experience regularly? Maybe a crazy one-off, I could understand. I have children who see a dentist regularly and I have never heard cries and screams from my own or other kids while at that office. This is every week, many children and they scream and cry for long periods of time. It's beyond heartbreaking. I’ve called and talked to the front desk about this and they’ve expressed that treatment is between parent and dentist. I understand that; however, I believe that parents rely HEAVILY on the advice of the medical provider. I cannot imagine that so many parents week in and week out are signing their kids up for painful torture. Your children deserve better and they deserve good dental experiences from a dentist that will advise on what's best for your KIDS not what's best for the Dr. or your wallet!
